By using Lifestyle Block Experts, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the directory.

The directory service

Lifestyle Block Experts provides a directory of contractors who service lifestyle blocks and rural-residential properties in Nelson–Tasman, New Zealand. We do not guarantee the quality, availability, or pricing of any listed business. We do not vet or endorse businesses beyond the verification status shown on each listing.

Verification status

Each listing displays a verification status. Listings marked as pending verification or unclaimed are based on public-source information and have not been confirmed by the business. You should use your own judgement when contacting any contractor.

Listing submissions and claims

Businesses and individuals submitting listings or claiming listings must provide accurate information. We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing or claim at our discretion.

Enquiries

When you send an enquiry through Lifestyle Block Experts, your enquiry details are shared with the business you contacted. You are responsible for the content of your message. We do not guarantee a response from any business.

Featured Listings

Featured Listings are paid placements clearly labelled with a featured badge. Featured status does not change the accuracy of listing information. Payments are processed by Stripe and are subject to Stripe's own terms.

Prohibited conduct

• Do not submit false or misleading information.
• Do not spam or abuse the enquiry, submission, or claim forms.
• Do not attempt to access or modify listings, verification status, or subscription state without authorisation.
• Do not scrape or republish directory content without permission.

Limitation of liability

Lifestyle Block Experts is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the directory or from dealings with any listed business.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
